There are different types of communication between information providers and receivers in information space of the Internet. At that, client preference support from side of providers is ensured on the basis of interaction of statistical data. It leads to user data averaging and baffles the clients in their personal preferences realizations. Computer department of Southern Ural State University works on user personalization in Internet environment at the expense of intelligent agent design ensuring users actions monitoring in the Internet and optimizing these actions. To the effect, monitoring and statistical processing tools are being designed as well as semantic model of World Wide Web pragmatic document.
