Information business in a whole aims to make easier and cheaper the access and dissemination of the right information at the right time to the right users. All information is expensive to assemble, but it is necessary basic tool of decision and debates. But the terms are not always the same ones among the countries. They need to be translated into international data to be understood in the same way everywhere around the world. That is one of the key conditions for Russia integration into global information environment. The main ways and trends for Russian information market development; business philosophy of the information company; evaluations for forces influenced on business strategy; products line descriptions; and authors' company technologies are described in this work.
