Youth is regarded as the most perspective, dynamic and the Internet-using "layer" of society, thus being socially passive. All these peculiarities call for the foundation of the "electronic government" precisely in the youth sphere. While creating a particular regional administration site one should accentuate (as required by the "electronic government" concept) an adequate youth component. Such topics as "the process of making and fulfilling decisions by the Youth Dept." and "Youth and Voting" are of vital importance as we consider them. A fundamental part of these is characterized by the ways of representing an integral amount of serious statistical information in the form that would insure the simplicity and easiness of understanding by the youth. For these means, methods of multi-criteria folding of information (the PRINN method) have been used. This allows to store the overall indexes of the state of the youth life, the Dept. functioning effectiveness, the approval of its actions by the young people, etc. that entirely characterize the status of the Samara region on the background of the Volga Federal Region and Russia as a whole. By mouse-clicking on the according "index", a web-surfer may explore the various indicators and criteria forming a particular "index".
